Mineority by Saby

Updated: Mar 26, 2019

Ambience : 4.5/5

Mineority by Saby, as the name goes, is a wonderful concept by Chef Saby, from Asansol, who was inspired by the life of miners mostly in the Eastern and North Eastern part of India. The vision of the theme is worth an applaud. The decor is dark yet colorful, chic and lively. Every part of the interior has a meaning to it, right from the facade, the entrance which makes you feel the darkness in a mine, the birds, the miner helmets, jackets, glass arts, instruments on the bar to the food concepts.

Food and beverage : 5/5

The Latin Fondido was absolutely amazing in starters and Coal Grilled Soya Chaap was different than usual but tasted great.

The Rangoon Khow Suey is definitely worth trying here. Best ever I have had in Pune.

Now Litti Chokha and Ghugni is definitely worth the mention. I have had this combo earlier, but this time Ghugni was lip smacking.

The cocktails here have such a nice variety. They serve in such a quirky and stylish way. Do give a try to their Penicillin Shots, Naarangi and Kite Runner.

We had 2 desserts - Jurassic Cheesecake and Tres Leches and both of them were just delicious.

Hospitality and service : 4.5/5

Staff is well spoken and know about the menu pretty well. The service is as prompt as it could be. The serving size and serving etiquette was all upto the mark.

Value for money :4.5/5

The ambience, music, vibe, food and drinks all combined make up for a worth of your buck. They have a great presentation of serving food and cocktails so that works for them.
